Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

My family and I have been enjoying Sal-E-Boys pizza since I was in grade school many years ago. I'm sad that they no longer offer their amazing turkey subs, but the pizza is still worth while. Occasionally it is a little greasier than I prefer, but it is still a pleasure for my taste buds. Other than that, the service is still excellent and it's the only pizza my brother will eat when he's in town. Keep up the good work guys!

I have been taking out pizza here for around 20 years. It has always been my favorite. The service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. They just don't give a rip. We try to bring in for work parties and they either don't answer the phone or tell us the ovens aren't hot yet.... At 11:45 AM. This has happened exactly 12 times in the last 6 months. The few times we did get an order in they screwed it up. No apologies. Bye bye Sal. Sorry to leave you but you can only treat your loyal customers like crap so many times. I have sent you dozens of customers in the past. Now I will steer them far away.

Had the 24" pizza once. Too big, but good though. The pizza is certainly New York style and the right amount of grease. Kinda run in that New York style too. Tonight the 16" pizza which is just right. Sauce and cheese very good. Give it a try.

I am from "The Bronx" in New York City and I can attest that this is by far better than any Pizza shop I've been in in New Mexico. People that have rated it low are people that think Pizza Hut or Domino's is the greatest thing since sliced bread, Well that's about what it is white bread with some tomato sauce on it. It's true that they don't have delivery but it is worth the drive. They do take credit cards and they are not stingy with there toppings. It is only take out!

Ok, so being born and raised in Brooklyn, I KNOW PIZZA!! This tasted just like NY pizza (Kudos to the sauce and fresh ingredients), and I even received a "FUGGETABOUTIT" attitude from the shmuck behind the counter when I walked in to order (just like home). The crust on the other hand was GARBAGE. They claim to be NY STYLE pizza, but as any TRUE NYer knows, how you eat the pizza is EVERYTHING. The crust was flimsy, and there was absolutely NO WAY to fold the slice. it was as flimsy as the cheese that was on it. How disrespectful to the NY slice that I had to eat it with a "GASP" Fork and knife!! My NY'er card was revoked for the entire rest of the dinner. SUGGESTIONS: Google, and review a true pizzeria menu. That way, you know what you're talking about when people ask you what is in a Calzone. As for the crust, Get it together, or you can "fuggetabout" us ordering again. Oh, and lower your prices. You're good.. but not THAT good.

This place is definitely not worth the price you pay. The service from the staff seemed like they didn't care. The pizza that I ordered was a large and also some breadsticks. The pizza was lacking any kind of special flavor or anything to make it worth the hefty price tag. Tried it once and will never try it again.

Yummy New York style pizza! One of our favorite places to get a pie, but it's just too far and they don't deliver. But they do take credit card!!!

Must be the most expensive pizza in Rio Rancho. Staff has a take it or leave it attitude. No Delivery.

Surprisingly very good pizza. Sal-E-Boys offers great tasting hand tossed pizza which is made with fresh ingredients. They dont offer delivery which is a bummer and also only offer small and large pizzas. I also tried there wings but wasnt impressed so I would recomend sticking with there pizza only.

Love the pizza! Menu is a little limited and make sure you have cash. No credit cards accepted. No delivery service either. The food is worth these minor annoyances.

This is the best pizza in Rio Rancho! They don't deliver; it is strictly take out.
(5)Shelby W.
Great pizza and surprisingly great wings. Had the special and it was awesome. Worth the drive even if it is take out only!

Jeez. I should have read carefully. Didnt realize it was a take out only place! Pizza tasted alright but the crust is definitely too thick to call it NY style. I felt there was something amiss (unami? ha) from the pizza-- couldnt quite put my finger on it. Not shoddy pizza, but since its not located in my neighborhood, i probably won't be back.

Not the greatest I've had, but easily the best in the area.

Excellent 'big, floppy' NY style pizza! Fast, friendly service and reasonable prices. Avoid the over-cheesed calzones however. Take Out and Delivery only.
